About Me

Hi my name is Paul Connelly. I am energized by discovering how our brain works, what we do every day that affects our brain, our habits, and conditioning. In understanding, living a more joyful life as opposed doing the same things over and over. To sum it all up, my journey is all about mind enhancement.

I have been very fortunate right from my childhood to the present moment to have a deep appreciation for life, good fortune, good food, good conversations, friends, and family. For that, I am deeply grateful.

I was also fortunate growing up to be able to indulge in my imagination, I was allowed to be a child, thank you, mother.

I am big on communication, sharing with others, engaging with people through good dialogue and conversations. I am not a big believer in being critical of others; however, I do feel it necessary to engage in critical thinking.

My motivation is based on finding out the facts, I am big on specificity & open dialogue, because of this, I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions. While I find this process quite enjoyable, I am sure it can be annoying for people at times.

I feel it is fundamentally important to understand ones’ self, in understanding ourselves, we understand others, what matters to them, where they are coming from and the challenges they are facing, as we all face challenges in one way or another. None of us are perfect, as we all know that would be extremely boring.

I am energized by discovering how our brain works, what we do every day that affects our brain, our habits, and conditioning. With understanding comes living a more joyful life as opposed to doing the same things over and over.

As for being human, it’s about the emotional connection, our relationships and finally our experiences, as that is what we draw upon as we share our lives with others.

On a lighter note, I am the cookie monster of the household. My other half often has to hide them if she wants to be able to have any.

She came to this realization after we went through about four packets of cookies in which she ate maybe a total of 10. :)
